You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or any connected systems.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Description: Hanus Tech Solutions may send you non-marketing text messages including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and responses to your inquiries. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers, special discounts, and service announcements.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services and the communications you have opted in to receive.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

For client work: once a project is paid in full, the client owns 100% of the website, design assets, and content created specifically for their project, as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services (including GoHighLevel, Google, Meta, Stripe, and others) is subject to their respective terms of service.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HTS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our website or services. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our marketing services, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hanus Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to HTS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

All service plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. You may cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership of your website, content, and design assets (for completed, paid-in-full projects). CRM data can be exported before account closure upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
